In Greek, ‘amaryllis’ means ‘sparkling’, and the tall, trumpet shaped flowers in red and white make for an exquisite symbol of the magic and power of the festive season. Before we closed our doors in November, we assembled arrangements of amaryllis flowers with greens and candles in the Lobby area. We offered them as an expression to our guests of our warmest wishes for the upcoming holidays, and we share images of them now for those who could not see them in person. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year! We hope to see you in the new year. Anassa opens for its twenty-second season on 2 April 2020.
