This Spring will see the unveiling of Anassa’s recent renovations, revealing a brand new look for the hotel. From Monday 16 March, Anassa will be reopening to showcase the newly refurbished suites, which will include the upgraded Garden Studio Suites, Junior Suites and Villas.
The charmingly furnished suites will effortlessly enhance Anassa’s understated and traditional at-home design, with a combination of custom-made oak furniture and furnishings with luxurious silks and linens in nautical blues and understated taupes. They will offer a contemporary Mediterranean vibe and luxury-beach apartment feel, providing the ultimate escape for sun-seekers looking to relax in comfort and luxury.
The exciting renovation was the idea of legendary Parisian interior designer Joelle Pleot, who was assisted by local artisan Andreas Charalambous Konteatis and brothers Costas and Aggelos Charalambous who, having worked with the owners for 20 and 30 years respectively, understand and appreciate the ethos of Thanos Hotels.
Not only will Anassa’s Spring reopening see the unveiling of the suites, but also the launch of Kult Boutique, which will no doubt be a hit with guests, offering a shopping haven for men and women with ready-to-wear clothing and accessories from Prada, Miu Miu, Bottega Veneta, Stella McCartney, Saint Laurent, Jimmy Choo, and Aqua Di Parma. This 300 square-metre retail space has been envisioned by architectural and interior designer, Paolo Giachi – renowned for his work with a host of world class luxury fashion houses around the world. The boutique’s interiors, designed in Giachi’s typical style, feature local stone and hardwood floors paired with dramatic oak and bronze furnishings.
The imminent opening of the hotel will allow guests to enjoy the first class facilities that it is renowned for, including the Thalassa Spa, five-star restaurants and stunning Mediterranean location, and it isn’t the only Thanos property with plenty to show off this Spring. Sister hotel Annabelle will also see in the new season with renovated sea-view rooms. True to the hotel’s classic colonial style these new rooms feature updated wooden furnishings, a modern and fresh colour scheme and traditional shutter doors, as the final phase of the property’s upgrade being complete.
