PRE-ARRIVAL

Airports & Transfers

45 minutes by car from Pafos International Airport (45 km) and 2 hours from Larnaca International Airport (185 km). Independent taxis can be arranged through the hotel.

Baby Go Lightly

Take full advantage of our pioneering Baby Go Lightly service by ordering the following items before your visit: car seat for airport transfers, potties, training seats, high chairs, carriers, buggies, bottles and teats, sterilisers, bottle warmers, baby gyms, baby walkers, baby bathtubs, dry/swimming nappies, nappy bins, toiletries. Please note charges may apply.

Banking/payment

All major credit cards and cash accepted. Exchange facilities available. Payments in different currencies are also accepted. We are unable to accept personal cheques.

Cancellation charges

External food & beverages

Please note it is against our health and safety policy to bring food and beverages of any kind from outside onto our premises. We provide baby food and cater to individual dietary requirements – please contact us before your visit to discuss any specific needs.

Getting around

Car hire can be arranged on arrival, motorbikes and bicycles also available.

Parking

Available on-site at no additional cost. Valet parking is available for hotel guests. Anassa accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to the contents of vehicles or the vehicle itself.
A charging station for electric vehicles is on site.

Pets

Pets are permitted (Please refer to our PET'S POLICY).

Special Dietary Requirements

Our Executive Chef will gladly tailor a menu to meet your individual needs, from allergies and intolerances to detox programmes. Please contact us before your visit to discuss your individual requirements, including special requests and baby food.

During high season, live music is played on most nights (from our weekly Village Fair and Beach BBQ to restaurant performances).

Open from 7:00 to 20:00, individual treatments from 10:00 to 20:00 Children under the age of 16 are not permitted in the gym.

A lifeguard is on duty at the main pool during the summer months. Towels are available at all pools. Children are not permitted to use the pools unsupervised. The use of floating toys is discouraged for health and safety reasons. No swimming is allowed during the evening hours.

Water sports centre

Please note that the water sports activities are operated by expert external partners. Please adhere to all terms and conditions stated at time of booking. Available activities include: waterskiing, wakeboarding, sailing, windsurfing, parasailing, scuba diving (Golden Palm five-star Award), snorkelling, banana rides, tube rides. Rental available for stand-up paddleboards, canoes and pedalos, jet skis and various sizes of motorboats. RYA (Royal Yachting Association) certified sailing courses also available.

Children's Facilities

Children’s Clubs available for ages 4 months to 12 years (see below). Please note: Due to our very strict care policies, we are only able to accommodate children of the correct age within each age group.

YOUR ROOM

Facilities

All our rooms have a balcony or terrace, with two chairs and a small table. Some suites/villas have pools (sizes vary), sunbeds and / or fireplaces. Twice-daily housekeeping. Laundry/dry cleaning is available. See full list of amenities below.

In-room safe

While we exercise every effort to ensure the safety and security of all personal items in guest rooms, please note that any items left in the room are left at the risk and responsibility of the owner, and that the hotel is not liable or responsible for any loss of, damage to or destruction of these items by any means, including theft, fire or any other occurrence. It is the responsibility of the guests to protect their property and they are encouraged to lock their rooms throughout their absence. For the convenience of guests, the hotel also provides free of charge a safe deposit box in each room. In the event of theft, guests are required to inform the hotel reception immediately so that the police can be notified as soon as possible.

Security of Valuables and Money

Upon arrival, the guest is required to hand over any valuables or significant items, as well as cash, to the hotel manager. A delivery-receipt protocol will be issued to confirm the receipt of these items. If the guest does not hand over their valuables and/or their cash, the hotel is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to these items.

Lost Property

For our guests' convenience, we keep all lost items, valuables, or other found property for a period of one (1) month from the date our personnel found them. However, we have no obligation to contact our guests to inform them of any found items. If we are not notified by our guests that they have lost specific items, valuables, or property within one (1) month from their departure (check-out date), our hotel will not have any obligation to return them. It is our policy to dispose of any lost items, valuables, and property found in our hotel after one (1) month. In the event of any return of lost items, valuables, or property to you, the postage or courier costs will be borne by our guests.

Mini bar

Our mini bars are for the sole use of mini bar items. In accordance with our health and safety policy, they are not to be used as refrigerators for personal perishable items (with the exception of medication and baby food). Any mini bar items removed will be considered consumed and charged accordingly.

PET'S POLICY

WELCOME TO ANASSA!

WE LOOK FORWARD TO PROVIDING A MEMORABLE STAY FOR YOU AND YOUR FURRY FRIEND. TO HELP ENSURE THE COMFORT AND ENJOYMENT OF ALL GUESTS, THE FOLLOWING POLICIES APPLY TO YOUR DOG’S STAY.

 

- Dog Fee: Please be aware that a non-refundable dog fee of €100 per stay will be charged to your account prior to check-out to cover the cost of additional and necessary cleaning in preparation for our next guest. Dogs are accepted in Garden Studio Suite, Garden Studio with Pool, Junior Suite, Junior Suite with Pool, One Bedroom Suite with Pool, Andromeda Residence with Pool, Alexandros Residence with Pool, Alcyone Residence and Aether Residence only.

- Friendly Hounds Please!: We welcome all well-mannered dogs that are house trained, vaccinated and no bigger than 12 kilos. We reserve the right to request immediate removal of any dog that displays dangerous or unacceptable behaviour, including but not limited to biting, excessive noise (such as barking), evidence of disease, or urination / defecation in public areas. Guests are responsible for all charges that relate to the removal of their dog, including (but not limited to) transportation and kennel charges.

- Dogs in Public: Doggies can join their owners in all public areas (except the pool and beach area and the indoor areas of our restaurants). Please keep dogs on a lead at all times in public areas to avoid altercations with other dogs or guests. Kindly note: The hotel is not liable for any dangerous or unacceptable behaviour displayed by a dog. Owners will be liable to indemnify any third party for the injury and/or damage and/or loss caused by their dog.

- Dogs at Rest: To keep everyone safe, please ensure you place the ‘Dog In’ room sign on the outside of your door whenever you’re chilling with your dog in your room.

- Respectful Housekeeping: For the safety and comfort of your dog, Housekeeping will enter your room only if: (a) your dog is not present, (b) you are present and can monitor your dog. Kindly note: Housekeeping is not responsible for removal of dog waste from the rooms.

- Poop Policy: Please ONLY dispose of your dog’s waste in the designated outdoor bins.
- Doggy Damage: Please note that you are responsible for any damage to guest rooms and common areas caused by your furry friend.

- Furry Friend Release & Indemnification: On arrival, we’ll ask you to sign the following release: ‘I agree to release, defend, and indemnify Anassa and the General Manager from any and all claims or damages related to my dog or my dog’s stay at Anassa, including any claims by third parties.’
